Before you buy
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You talk to your assistant in plain words, like "Sort my inbox" or "Reply to this". Setup is one line you paste in, or a few zip files you upload in the Claude app.
Does it work in Claude, Codex and the Claude app?
Yes. It works in Claude Code, the Claude desktop app, claude.ai (including Cowork) and OpenAI Codex. The setup guide installs it for whichever you use. In the Claude app, you upload one zip per skill.
Will it send emails without me?
No. It drafts; you send. It never sends, deletes, archives or moves an email, or replies to anyone, without your yes for that specific message. Connected to Gmail or Outlook, it only reads and creates drafts that wait in your Drafts folder.
What happens to my emails and data?
The files the skills create, like your answer library and follow-ups list, stay on your computer. The emails you paste or connect are handled under your AI assistant's own data policy, the same as anything else you share with it.
Can I use it for my clients?
Yes. Use it as much as you like for your own business and for work you do for clients. The replies and answers you make are yours. Only the skills themselves cannot be resold or shared.
What if the replies sound generic?
That usually means the business profile is missing or has no writing samples. Say "Set up my business profile" and paste two or three emails you wrote yourself. Every skill reads it, so replies use your greeting, your sign-off and your way of saying things.
How do I get it after paying?
