What it does
After a good sales call, the proposal, the quote and the slides can take hours, so the reply goes out days later and the client cools. Before you buy
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You paste your notes and answer a few questions in plain words. Your assistant does the writing, the layout and the arithmetic, and the setup guide is written for your assistant to follow.
Does it work with Claude, Codex and the Claude app?
Yes. It works in Claude Code and Codex, which can make Word, Excel and PowerPoint files on your computer. In the Claude desktop app or claude.ai, upload the skill files from the included folder; the app makes the files when it can, and otherwise gives you clean text that pastes into Google Docs, Word or Google Slides.
What happens to my client notes?
The files the skills create stay on your computer, in a Documents folder you control. What you send to your assistant is covered by that assistant's own data policy, so check it before pasting anything confidential.
Will it make up prices or results?
No. Quotes and proposals only use the prices in your business profile or the ones you give, and totals are calculated, not guessed. Case studies only use results you provide. Anything missing is marked as a placeholder for you to fill.
Can I use it for proposals to my own clients?
Yes. Use it for your own business and your clients as often as you like. Everything you create is yours. Only the skills themselves cannot be resold or shared.
What if the writing sounds generic?
Every skill reads a short business profile with your offers, prices, customer feedback and two or three things you wrote yourself. Setting it up takes about three minutes, once, and the more of your own writing it has, the more the proposals sound like you.
